Services to New & Growing Companies

Our services are designed to handle nearly all corporate and transaction legal needs of a start-up or growth company to grow it from its early stages.  Not all of our clients intend to become public companies, but nearly all of our clients desire to grow their businesses, even if they intend to remain a privately-held company or have another exit strategy (i.e., to be purchased in whole or in part by another company).

First, we attempt to provide a safe and sound legal environment from which our client companies can proceed toward rapid growth. Second, we advise and assist our client companies to complete the multiple transactions required to achieve growth, all the while preserving the safe and sound legal foundation established earlier.
