Services to Non-Growth Companies

We provide more limited representation to established companies. Because much of the organizational matters, key contracts and major transactions have already been implemented by these companies, they typically do not have the same level of legal needs as a growth company. Nevertheless, these companies need legal advice and assistance in many instances, such as the joinder or separation of a key employee or equity owner, and the lease, purchase or sale of business assets or real estate. In addition, the owners of these companies can benefit from periodic legal review of exit strategies, including retirement and estate planning, generation transfer, and the sale of their business interests.
